A note on refresh planning

Hardware that fails on its own schedule is expensive; hardware replaced on yours is not. For managed clients, we track the age and health of your estate and plan replacements ahead of failures — spreading the cost and avoiding the Monday morning where a critical machine simply doesn't switch on.
